[The smile is disarming, and he pressed his lips together tightly - frowning and wondering whether he should feel awkward about this. Shisui was moving closer to the desk though - and talking, and the understanding that they both knew what they were talking about made his cheeks flush.

Well, it could be because he's emotionally satisfied at the moment with things between you two that he doesn't want to do it as often now as he used to. Not that I'm saying sex is a way of filling any gap. Or perhaps the weight issue might be making him slightly uncomfortable with himself?
